Most door hooks only use the room inside. We shaped this one to ride over the top rail and drop a prong down both faces, so the bedroom side takes a robe while the hallway side holds a coat. The brown finish sits quietly against stained wood or darker paint.

The frame drops over the door top and gives you a hook inside the room and another outside. You double your hanging spots on one door leaf without driving a single screw into the wood.
We bent the steel into two different top openings. Flip the piece over to match the thickness of your interior door, then let gravity hold the bracket flat against the header.
Soft adhesive pads sit between the metal bracket and the door leaf to cushion the contact points. They keep the steel from rattling when the door swings shut or rubbing the top paint bare.
Smooth caps cover the prong tips so coat loops and knitted sweaters do not snag on bare metal. The brown coating is baked on to handle damp towels and heavy winter layers.
