Is this where I buy?
Almost. We lay the catalog out here, and the buy buttons hand you to our retail partner, where the actual shelf lives - stock, checkout, delivery, all of it.
Why does the buy button leave the site?
Because the register is not ours. The partner runs the checkout and the parcels; we run the products and the words about them.
Will an over-the-door rack fit my door?
Measure the top edge first. Interior and exterior doors differ, and each listing states the bracket width it ships with - the single-row packs come in more than one width for exactly this reason.
Do the racks damage the door?
They hang on a flat metal bracket over the top edge - no screws, no adhesive. Lift the rack off and the door is as it was.
Which pouch takes a tablet?
The large tech pouch has room for a small tablet along with the cable kit. Small and medium are built for chargers, cables, banks and earbuds - the exact inches sit on each listing.
How do I clean a warming mat?
Unplug it, let it cool, wipe it with a damp cloth. Never put it under water, and keep it out from under tablecloths while it works.
Which pill case handles mornings and evenings?

Can I visit the office or send a parcel there?
No - the El Monte address is a mailroom for letters. There is no counter, nothing on display, and no dock to receive a package.
