Whose parcel it is

We build the products; the parcel is not ours. When you press a buy button here, you land on our retail partner's listing, and from that point the checkout, the carrier, and the tracking number belong to them.

Delivery speed and cost show up at their checkout before you pay. The order confirmation and every update after it come from the partner, not from FYY - if a message about a parcel claims to be us, treat it with suspicion.
