The way back

Change of mind happens; the way back runs through the same door the order came from. Open the order history at our retail partner, pick the item, and follow their steps - they set the window, the method, and the label.

Please do not mail anything to our office address. It is a mailroom for letters, not a receiving dock, and a parcel sent there has no order attached to it.

When something is wrong

If the item arrived damaged or not as described, say so inside the partner's process - those cases move faster when flagged there. For questions about the product itself, our mailbox is open.
